Welcome to our private pool home! It has features 4BR-4BA 1824 sq. ft. luxury home in Windsor Hills Resort only 2.5 Miles Away from Disney!.House is fully furnished. It is one story in a very quiet location with NO rear neighbors. In the garage there is a Pool table. Patio has a large covered Lanai with plenty seating spaces and tables for your enjoyment. No carpet! House sleeps 08 in beds plus a baby in a Pack & Play provided. Technically, could be 09 :) Windsor Hills is a gated resort with a double Olympic-sized heated pool which features a two-story spiral water slide, children’s water play area with dancing waters fountains, and a secluded hot tub area. There are lighted tennis, basketball and volleyball courts as well as a fully equipped fitness center, a movie theater with free guest-selected movies, outdoor grills, putting green, and two children’s playgrounds. It is one of the rental properties closest to the Disney main entrance. Two right turns and two miles after exiting Windsor Hills and you are driving under the “Welcome to Walt Disney World” sign. Driving time to the various Disney parks varies from about 7-12 minutes from Windsor Hills, depending on the park you are visiting. The living room features a flat screen TV. There are also flat screen TVs in the Master BR and the other three bedrooms. House offers all bed and bath linens. In addition to cable TV, we also provide a secure high speed wi-fi connection. Bedrooms Setup: Bed 01: The master Bedroom features a Queen bed and a private ensuite with a shower (No Bath tube). Bed 02: The 2nd Bedroom has 02 Twin Beds and a private ensuite with a shower (No Bath Tube), Bed 03: the 3rd. Bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite Bed 04: The 4th. Bedroom features 02 twin beds. There is also one additional full bath for the 4th. Bedrooom. House will sleep up to 8 guests with a maximum of 9 if the Pack ‘n Play is used. A Pack 'n Play (sheets included), and high chair are furnished for our younger guests. We also offer towels for use at the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, keetle and blender. There are plenty of cooking utensils, glassware (including wine glasses). Additionally, house has a large capacity washer and dryer in the unit available for your use. Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $35/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control of. The pool heater is set at 88F. If you request pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so it is not guarantee water will heat enough during the remaining of your stay. Pool heater runs 12 hours a day usually from 8AM until 8PM. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished. If a SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tube and so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be.
