* TV's : We have 03 TV sets with Cable Boxes only (Living Room Downstairs, Family Room Upstairs and Master Bedroom Upstairs). All other TVs only offer streaming services. Just connect to your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video accounts, etc...

The home has 2 living areas downstairs for your group. A large open concept living area downstairs to gather the family awaits you. A beautiful dining area with seating for 8 and large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar at the kitchen Island has seating for 6 more guests. There is a large screen Smart TV* in the living Room/kitchen combo area.There is also a lounge area upstrairs with a Smart TV* to watch your favorite movies and relax after a long day at the parks.

In the garage we have the Game Room with a pool table, foosball and a darts board.

The outside area has a covered patio overlooking the large fully screened in pool. Ample seating and lounge chairs are available to soak up the warm Florida sun. Take a dip in the private pool (Pool Heat is Extra) or soak in the spill over spa.

This home is a short drive to the Solterra resort clubhouse and its ameninites, pools, lazy river and everything else.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES. READ BEFORE BOOKING:

PARKING: Please always lock your vehicle. You can park your car on the house driveway (04 cars). A few additional street parking spaces are available if needed and these vehicles must be parked within the designated, market spaces along the curb. Vehicles parked on the street outside of marked spaces and other unauthorized vehicles can be towed without notice. Parking in common area parking spaces (not including the clubhouse/amenity center) shall be on a first come/first serve basis. However, vehicles shall not be parked in the same space for more than three (3) consecutive days or may be subject to towing. No overnight parking at the clubhouse is allowed. Violators are subject to immediate towing.

GAME ROOM: Please DO NOT move the game tables (foosball and Pool Table) around as the legs are fragile and WILL break and so you will be held responsible.

PARTIES: That community has very strict NO parties policy. There are security people and off duty Sherrif officers to enforce the law working in the community. The HOA has contracted with the security company in order to provide manned vehicle roving every evening. The roving service searches noise complaints and for cars not parked in a designated area and immediately calls the tow truck. If we receive complains there is a party going on in the property, a penalty fee will be charged.

All trash must be bagged and put into the trash bins provided. Loose trash inside penalty ($100.00)
Pet Penalty if you bring a pet (If house is not pet friendly - $200.00)
Extra Guest In additional to house capacity ($100/each additional person per day)
Smoking inside the house ($150.00)
Illegal Parking (Grass, sidewalk, Street : $100/day each vehicle)
No RV's or Trailers ($100/day for each vehicle)
Noise Disturbance ($300.00/occurrence )
Temper with Pool Equipment ($1000.00)
Temper with A/C Thermostat (Set below 72F/Freeze Up unit - $1000.00)
Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $35/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control of. The pool heater is set at 88F. If you request pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so it is not guarantee water will heat enough during the remaining of your stay. Pool heater runs 12 hours a day usually from 8AM until 8PM. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished. If a SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tube and so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be.
