Can we check in earlier than 4pm / check out later than 10am?

In certain circumstances we are able to accommodate an earlier check in for a fee starting at $50. This is not a guarantee. If you need a later check out, then please contact us to request that at least 48 hours before your departure. Late check out without prior approval will be charged to the guests security deposit.

Do I need to bring sheets and towels?

No, sheets are provided, bath towels are provided for use in the home or by the pool, if you plan a trip to the beach please bring you own towels.

What other items do I need to bring?

Paper products, we provide the first two rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom, trash cans with bags in the house (one on each), dishwasher soap pods, hand soap in the bathrooms (01 per bathroom sink), laundry detergent pods, kitchen paper, sponge and dish detergent) after that it is the guest’s responsibility. All of our homes come with a washer and a dryer.

What do we do if we need to get a hold of the management company?

Contact our office at 407-932-4079, we are open from Mondays thru Fridays from 9am to 5pm. Please leave a detailed message if we are unable to answer the phone. We check our Voice Mail regularly. You can also email us at reservations@sunnfunusa.com. In case of Emergency call 911 and leave a Voice Mail at the office number.

Can I park my RV / Trailer at the home?

No, community restrictions prohibit parking of RV’s and trailers in the driveway or on the street. We recommend parking your RV / Trailer at a local storage facility or RV resort: Sherwood Forest RV Resort 407 396 7431, Kissimmee Airport Storage 407-933-0000 or Orange Grove RV Park 407 396 6655.

Is there a garage to park in?

In most of the homes yes as many have garages for either 1 or 2 cars plus on the driveway . Parking on grass, in the street or on / over sidewalk is prohibited. Vehicles will be towed away at owner’s expense. Some homes are in resorts where parking is also available for free.

I paid for pool heating, how does that work?

The pool heating will run from 10am – 6pm and heat the pool to between 82 and 86 degrees. It is turned on the day of your arrival and off after the last day. Sometimes in the winter it takes a day or two for the pool to reach the temperature due to the outside temperature and the starting temperature of the pool water. Pool heat can be purchased for a minimum of 3 days and must run until the end of your stay. It can be added on arrival or during your stay. Please give at least 24 hours notice. Pool heating is available from October to April.

Is there a washer and dryer / Iron and ironing board in the house?

Yes, each home has a full size washer and dryer Iron and ironing board. Only the first laundry detergent pods is provided. For your grocery needs there are always supermarkets nearby.

What is provided in the kitchen?

Kitchen is well equipped, with toaster / blender / coffee maker / kettle / dishwasher / microwave / fridge / stove / pots and pans / dishes / silverware / cups / glasses / utensils / dish washer pods and dish detergent/sponge

Will anyone come to the home while I am there?

Yes, lawn care and pool care are scheduled weekly. They do not access the inside of the home, however please leave the screen enclosure unlocked and do not block the gate into the back yard. Pest control may also stop by, they also just service the outside of the home.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes, we do offer a limited selection of Pet Friendly Homes.

Do we need a Travel Insurance?

We strongly advise getting a Travel Insurance especially for those with long stays and those who booked way in advance. Please check out our services page/travel insurance for options.
