Mickey’s Lakeside Villa is the perfect place to stay after a long day of play! This spacious, newly renovated 1,400 square foot air-conditioned home with a private pool is just what the doctor ordered to rejuvenate before your next day of adventure. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to Disney parks, Universal Studios, Medieval Times, supermarkets, and restaurants. Take a day trip to a beach or Kennedy Space Center.

Hints of Mickey and Minnie run throughout the home to brighten your stay. As you enter the home, you’ll find a spacious open floorplan with cathedral ceilings and luxury vinyl flooring. The fully stocked kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. There’s seating for 6 at the adjacent dining room table, as well as 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. The open living room has leather furniture and a 50-inch Roku TV. Sliding glass doors take you to the private lanai with outdoor patio furniture--a couch, 2 chairs and coffee table, as well as 2 lounge chairs adjacent to the private screened pool.

The King bedroom has a large walk-in closet (with iron/ironing board), 40-inch Roku TV, and master bathroom. The queen bedroom has a 32-inch Roku TV. Kids will love the Mickey-themed twin bedroom and bathroom. A baby pack-and-play and high chair are provided.

House Rules:
• No parties or large gatherings (Penalty $1,000)
• Excessive Dirty/Trash in the House (Penalty $200)
• Please bag all trash and put into the trash bins provided (Loose trash inside home penalty $100)
• No pets allowed (Pet Penalty $200)
• Extra Guest in addition to house capacity ($100/each additional person per day)
• No smoking allowed (Penalty $150)
• Parking is allowed in driveway only; illegal parking (grass, sidewalk, street: $100/day each vehicle)
• No RV's or Trailers ($100/day for each vehicle)
• Noise Disturbance ($300/occurrence)
• Tamper with Pool Equipment (Penalty $1,000)
• Tamper with A/C Thermostat (Do not set below 72F--Penalty $1000)

Pool Heating Available for a fee of $35/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days; you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes some time to warm and is turned ON the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control. The pool heater is set at 88F. If you request pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so, it is not guaranteed water will heat enough during the remaining of your stay. Pool heater runs 12 hours a day usually from 8 AM until 8 PM. No refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.
