This 9 bedroom villa is located at the Encore Club, less than a 10 minute drive to Walt Disney World and their 4 incredible theme parks! Sleeping up to 19 people (No More!), has bedrooms across both floors including 3 children's amazing themed bedrooms (Harry Potter, Princess and Minions)! This home is equipped with your very own games room with a ping pong table, air hockey and a PS4 as well as an upper floor loft area with a large flat screen TV and comfortable sectional, so the fun does not have to end at the theme parks!
You and your family also have the added luxury of your very own private swimming pool and spa right outside your patio doors to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather!

House Rules:
No Parties or any large gatherings (Penalty is $1000.00)
Excessive Dirty/Trash ($200.00)
Pet Penalty if you bring a pet (House is not pet friendly - $200.00)
Extra Guest In additional to house capacity ($100/each additional person per day)
Smoking inside the house ($150.00)
Illegal Parking (Grass, sidewalk street when not permitted : $150 each violation)
Noise Disturbance ($300.00/occurrence )
Temper with Pool Equipment ($1000.00)
Temper with A/C Thermostat (Set below 72F/Freeze Up unit - $1000.00)
Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $40/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control of. The pool heater is set at 88F. If you request pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so it is not guarantee water will heat enough during the remaining of your stay. Pool heater runs 12 hours a day usually from 8AM until 8PM. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished. If a SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tube and so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be.

Our visit to this location was an absolute wonderful experience it by far exceeded all of our expectations. So good that we can’t wait to go back again it’s no doubt going to be our go to spot when ever we want to just get away and go some where. It has all the amenities that you have at home and then some. We absolutely love the pool and the patio and all of the house surroundings inside and out. This place was immaculate. Trust me you will love this place.

I just spend the most wonderful week with my family and my new twin grand daughters at this property. Everything we needed was there for us. The pool was fantastic! The complex was engaging. The stores (Publix, Walmart, Walgreens) were within a 10-15min drive. We visited Disney Spings (20-30 min) drive. The layout and furnishings were pleasing to the eye.
We will come back soon. I highly recommend this property

The house is perfect, I wonly won't give 5 stars at this time because the caught a line at the gate to check-in at the resort but apart from this, we had a blast.

We will definitely stay in this house again. Very well decorated. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the garage playroom. The patio and pool are very spacious. A lot of fun this house is.
